A Man’s World™ Beta
January 16 – February 13, 2026
Orientation circles: January 12 & 15, 2026
Feel Better. Love Deeper. Rise Stronger.
A Man’s World is your map for inner strength — a podcast and digital ecosystem helping men understand themselves, break old patterns, and build healthier, more meaningful, more successful lives.
Through real conversations, daily practices, and a connected community, men learn to explore and deepen their inner landscapes: to know themselves, steady themselves, and live with more clarity, integrity, and purpose.
Created for men navigating stress, responsibility, and the weight of unwanted patterns, A Man’s World blends proven men’s work, behavioral science, emotional development, and purpose-driven practice. It’s a guide, a path, and a community for tending the psychological, emotional, and spiritual ecosystem within every man.
No pressure.
No judgment.
Just clear guidance, steady practices, and a journey into your own humanity.
This 4-week beta is the first public test of the Man’s World system with 40–50 men.
What we’ll ask from you
As a beta participant, you’ll be asked to:
Start with A Man’s World Inner Map
Engage with weekly teachings and daily practices (micro-messages) as consistently as you can
Complete the feedback form for each section
Join at least one orientation and one closing circle (midpoint circle is strongly encouraged)
Offer honest feedback about what worked, what didn’t, and what you’d love to see next
You’re helping us shape a movement and building something that might outlast all of us.
Why this, why now?
Men today are carrying more than most people realize.
Grief that has never been named
Addiction, coping, and quiet numbing
Loneliness, isolation, and disconnection
Pressure around work, money, survival, and identity
Uncertainty about how to feel, love, relate, or lead
We see this everywhere—in mental health data, in rising deaths of despair, and in the lives of men all around us.
Fire Tenders is one answer.
A structured, heart-centered, culturally grounded path where men can:
learn who they are beneath the noise
build real, embodied skills for healing and resilience
stop carrying everything alone
and grow into a life shaped by courage, compassion, and responsibility
It’s time.

What you’ll experience each week
The Village: Nervous system regulation, body awareness, self-compassion, and basic stability.
You’ll learn simple body-based tools to calm, notice, and anchor yourself.
This is the foundation for everything else.
You’ll learn simple, body-based practices that help you slow down, notice what’s happening inside you, and come back into your own presence. This becomes the foundation for all the work that follows.
Forest Roots: emotional safety, pain, grief, shame, addiction, trauma, stress, and the parts of us we’ve carried alone for too long.
You’ll begin to name what you’re carrying and explore healthier ways to cope and heal, without judgment.
You’ll begin to name what you’ve been carrying—loss, stress, coping patterns, old wounds—and explore healthier, more honest ways to meet your pain without judgment or avoidance.
River Heart?: Emotional landscape, intimacy, communication, boundaries, and sexual integrity.
You’ll grow your capacity to feel, express, and communicate — including anger, desire, fear, and love — in ways that honor yourself and others.
You’ll strengthen your capacity to feel, express, and communicate with clarity and courage. That includes anger, desire, fear, and love—held in ways that honor both you and the people you care about.
Desert ?: Brotherhood, connection, family, community, attachment, and belonging.
You’ll reflect on how connection (or disconnection) shows up in your life, and what belonging might look like for you now.
You’ll look at how connection and disconnection show up in your life. You’ll explore the kinds of relationships, support, and belonging you want—and what it might take to move toward them.
Mountain Spirit: Purpose, financial wellbeing, discipline, leadership, meaning, and legacy.
You’ll explore where your life is headed, how money and work fit into your wellbeing, and what kind of man you want to be for the people you love.
You’ll reflect on the direction of your life: your purpose, your relationship with money, the habits that shape you, and the kind of man you want to become for your family, your people, and your future.
How diagnostics & feedback work
We like to learn about ourselves.
Each section (Grounding, Ember, Flame, Hearth, Torch) includes a short diagnostic where you’ll answer a few questions and reflect on your current reality.
You’ll then receive:
A simple “fire profile” for that domain (e.g., ember “flickering” or “steady”)
A short, compassionate reflection on what that might mean
A suggestion for where to focus next
After seeing your results, you’ll answer three quick questions:
Did you complete this diagnostic?
How much did this tend your fire? (simple 1–4 scale)
Anything you noticed? (optional)
The goal isn’t to test or grade you — it’s to offer mirrors and guidance, and to help us understand what actually helps men.
Who this is for
Fire Tenders is for men who:
are carrying grief, stress, guilt, or shame and want a healthier way forward
have tried to “do it alone” and are ready for some structured support
want to grow in emotional courage, relational skill, and grounded leadership
are curious about their own inner world, even if they’re new to “men’s work”
want to help shape something that could support thousands of men in the future
You do not have to:
be “good at talking about feelings”
have your life in order
know where to start
You just need to be willing to show up and be honest.
Every journey in A Man’s World begins with the Inner Map — a clear, honest view of where you are today and what’s possible.
