Men’s Embodied Practice
Guided men's practice using breath, attention, movement, visualization, sound, reflection, and witnessing to explore what you feel and how you want to meet your life.
Practice with Vincent Perez
A practice for accessing your inner wisdom through breath, movement, and attunement.
There is a whole landscape within us: feelings, memories, hopes, tension, tenderness, and possibility. Through guided practice, we explore how that inner life shows up in the body. We notice what we feel, what draws our attention, and what arises as we breathe and move. This is an invitation to encounter yourself with curiosity and make room to hear your own heart.
Some things cannot be understood by thinking alone
Many men learn to solve, explain, push through, or leave the body behind. Embodied practice engages our actual somatic experience. It helps us notice sensation, emotion, impulse, choice, and, resistance for clarity and integrity.
The purpose is not performance, catharsis, or believing a particular kind of way. It is to develop a more honest relationship with yourself and a greater capacity to stay present.
This practice may fit if you want to
Know thyself.
Notice emotions and body signals more clearly.
Explore patterns with curiosity rather than shame.
