OLLIN Cohort
Seven-Weeks. Deeper connection. Greater purpose.
Seven weeks to reconnect with yourself, build meaningful relationships with other men, and explore how you want to show uo in your life.
Through embodied practice, reflection, circle practice, retreat, and ceremony, we will explore the lives we have lived and the ground ahead.
January 28 – March 14, 2027
12 men
Two overnight retreats
Virtual weekly embodied practice
Online midpoint gathering
Two sweat lodge ceremonies
A chance to look at your life on purpose.
Most of our time is spent living life.
Working. Loving people. Raising families. Solving problems. Making decisions. Carrying responsibilities. Adjusting to change.
There are fewer opportunities to step outside the momentum of it all and look closely at the life we are actually living.
This cohort creates that space.
Ollin is a Nahuatl word meaning movement. It is a reminder that our lives are always in motion, and sometimes we need space to notice where that movement is taking us.
You can arrive with questions you have been carrying for years.
Or simply enough curiosity to look within.
There is so much to explore.
Seven weeks to explore, practice, and integrate.
Explore
Each week opens a question or part of the Inner Landscape.
You will reflect on the experiences, relationships, patterns, choices, and possibilities that are shaping your life.
Practice
Weekly Men’s Embodied Practice brings the exploration into the body through breath, movement, sensation, attention, stillness, and reflection.
Integrate
You carry what you are learning into your relationships, work, family, decisions, and everyday life.
Then you return.
Notice more.
Practice again.
We begin and end together.
The two overnight retreats create time to move beyond everyday routines and enter the experience more fully.
Opening Retreat
January 30–31 • Olympia, WA area
We meet the men, establish intention, begin exploring the Inner Landscape, practice together, share meals, and participate in our first sweat lodge ceremony.
Closing Retreat
March 13-14 • Olympia, WA area
We return after seven weeks to reflect on what we have encountered, deepen the practice, participate in a second sweat lodge ceremony, and consider what we want to carry forward.
The Cohort
The group is intentionally small.
Over seven weeks, there is time to move beyond introductions.
To listen. To speak. To ask better questions. To hear another man’s experience and recognize something in your own. To offer perspective. To be witnessed.
And to witness other men finding their own way.
We practice together. We learn from one another. We grow in our own ways.
