Legacy Mountain
Men’s Embodied Practice • Online via Zoom
An embodied ascent into your inner legacy.
Embodied Practice is a two-hour guided practice for men using breath, movement, attention, visualization, sound, reflection, and witnessing to explore what is present beneath the noise of everyday life.
We’ll begin by grounding, build heat through movement and breath, work with release and clearing, and move toward meaningful questions.
You do not need experience with breathwork, meditation, men’s groups, or embodied practice. Wear comfortable clothes you can move and rest in. Bring a blindfold or sleep mask, a cushion or zafu for sitting, and set up enough space to move, sit, and lie down comfortably.
Join us with an open heart and a curious way. This is a chance to get out of your head, listen more closely to your body, and leave with a clearer sense of what you want to carry forward.
