Embodied Practice Day Immersion • QUIET FIRE
Men’s Embodied Practice: Day Immersion
December 12 • 10 AM–4 PM • Elevation Hive Center for Somatic Healing Arts, Olympia, WA
Winter invites a different kind of attention.
The days shorten. The natural world gets quieter. What has run its course begins to fall away, while something essential stays alive underneath.
Quiet Fire is a full-day embodied practice for men to slow down, come into the body, and give attention to what is present in their lives now.
Embodied practice means we work with more than words. Through breath, movement, attention, visualization, sound, stillness, reflection, and witnessing, we use the body as a source of information and a place to practice.
Throughout the day, we’ll explore questions of winter, release, stillness, and fire.
The day will move through a spacious arc of cacao, guided embodied practices, time for reflection, shared lunch, connection with other men, and integration.
The practices are guided throughout, and you’ll be invited to listen to your body and participate at your own pace.
What to Bring
Comfortable clothes you can move and rest in
A water bottle
Warm layers and shoes for time outside
An optional journal and pen
Anything personal that helps you feel supported during a full day of practice
Yoga mats, zafus, blankets, cacao, and lunch will be provided.
Come ready to slow down, practice deeply, and tend the fire you want to carry forward.

January 9, 2027 • 10 AM–4 PM • Fifth Dimension Retreats & Events, Roy, WA
Winter reveals what remains.
The leaves are gone. The branches are exposed. Growth has moved underground. The tree is still alive—rooted, conserving energy, and quietly preparing for what comes next.
